Our app is exclusively for our customers. Only customers with a QualiWare hosted service or QualiWare installed on-prem can make use of the product. There is no signup functionality in the app.

Your login information is securely retrieved by scanning a QR code available on our website. This QR code allows the app to authenticate your account with our portal. Manual data entry for login credentials is possible but made easier with the QR code on our portal.

• Encrypted Credentials: Once retrieved, your login information is securely stored in the app using advanced encryption to ensure their protection. Some sensitive data is encrypted in runtime. Repository data is stored in encrypted storage. 

• App Usage Data: To improve the app's performance and user experience, we may collect anonymized usage data, such as app performance metrics and error logs. These data are securely processed and stored within the respective app distribution platforms (e.g., Apple App Store and Google Play Store) and are not shared with any third parties. We ensure that your data remains private and is used solely for app improvement purposes in compliance with platform guidelines.
