#1 Acknowledgement Receipt

Suppose you use the QualiWare platform for compliance work. In that case, you probably want to ensure that your colleagues are familiar with the most important content.
For example, your colleagues need to know the organization’s policies and how to respond in an emergency.
The QualiWare AcknowledgeList template, enables you to keep track of and document which of your employees have read which relevant documentation. Each employee can be assigned a list of policies, documents, or processes, which they must acknowledge when read.
The QualiWare repository keeps track of which employees have content they haven’t acknowledged and enables the head of the department to get an overview of this quickly. This is very helpful in ensuring that all employees are familiar with the organization’s important documentation.
Picture: #1: Names of the colleagues, who have been assigned a document. #2: Date and time, when the process has been updated. The colours (red and green) in the culmn on the far right shows the status of the document. Green means acknowledged. Red means not acknowledged.
