As Solution Architect in our Costumers Success Department, you will be able to utilize your know-how to deliver professional solutions by QualiWare.
Tasks
- You will typically participate in working with installations, upgrade, configuration, and support of the QualiWare products and ensure the customer's success.
- You will be involved when customers present new wishes for the QualiWare products. With your technical knowledge, you will be a big part of the team that participates in the customer's journey to success.
- Your work tasks will – as the most important – be to create transparency in the deliverances and ensure that the customer will experience QualiWare as a professional supplier.
- You have comprehensive knowledge about complex infrastructure and the know-how to install and configure the overall solution that matches the customers' needs.
- You have knowledge about the infrastructure of Microsoft technologies, for example, Azure, and can install and configure an overall solution.
- You have experience with solution architecture within web solutions based on HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. You are experienced with C# and SQL.
- You have a relevant education (Computer Science, IT engineering, or similar).
- You have 5 years of experience with IT solution architecture (Architecture and Solutions)
- You know the common computer models – including EA framework tools and compliance requirements.
- You have business knowledge.
